Return / exchange policy
We have a complete customer satisfaction policy, which means that if you are not satisfied with the “MiNiMiS” you purchased from the “MiNiMiS” store you can return it within 7 days for exchange.
Only unused, intact “MiNiMiS”, in perfect and unchanged condition can be returned to us.
- Glass is sensitive and misuse may cause damages. If you are traveling, store carefully the “MiNiMiS” product.
- For all Home Deco “MiNiMiS” products (pots, plates, bottles, large decorative items etc), we use aeroplast technology for safe packaging. All “MiNiMiS” products should be delivered to the customer in a safe and excellent condition.
- “MiNiMiS” is not responsible for any accident after misuse.
- Metal parts should avoid contact with water, perfume or liquids.
- Customized “MiNiMiS” products and “MiNiMiS” made upon customer’s order are not eligible for a return.
Keep in mind that “MiNiMiS” is a handmade technical product created with basic tools and traditional glass techniques in our workshop, in Corfu.
This means that two “MiNiMiS” can never be the same and the variations of colors, motifs and sizes are logical, after all this is the normal feature of “MiNiMiS”.
IMPORTANT: If we ship to you a defective or damaged “MiNiMiS”, you must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery of the package to ensure replacement. The normal return procedure does not apply in such cases.
