The products are delivered to Corfu and the rest of Greece via ELTA courier within 5 working days.
For deliveries to countries outside Greece the charges are as follows: (indicatively)

• For purchases over 100 € shipping costs are free.
• For purchases under 100 € shipping charge is 12 € (24% VAT included) for standard shipping (6-7 days) and 18 € (24% VAT included) for fast shipping (2-3 days).

Purchase Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel an order within 1 hour of its placement. The cancellation cannot be accepted after the expiry of the aforementioned time.

Withdrawal

You have the right to return the entire order or part of it without having to announce us the reason for your return, within 14 business days of receiving it, and even when there are multiple products in the same order from the delivery of the latter, while there is an obligation to deliver products at regular intervals from the delivery of the first. In this case you will only be charged the immediate cost of returning the product. In the event that the reason for your return is due to a mistake by the company, we undertake to bear the cost of returning the product.
The declaration of withdrawal shall be in writing or electronically and “MiNiMiS” is obliged to send confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal statement as soon as it has been received.

Following the declaration of withdrawal, “MiNiMiS” is required to pay the price received within 14 days of the receipt of the products. Shipping costs are not refundable if the customer had chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by “MiNiMiS”. The refund will be refunded to the customer using the same means as the original payment. In the event that the reason for the return is due to a mistake by the company, “MiNiMiS” undertakes to send the courier again to the address you have assigned us, to receive the order at its own expense. If the consumer wishes to return his order without the culpability of the company then the shipping costs are burdened by the consumer himself. As soon as the product leaves you, “MiNiMiS” receives it within 1-2 business days for returns within Greece and via ………… .. or within 3-5 business days for returns from abroad via … .. In case you chose other shipping companies, we cannot guarantee the delivery times of the products you return to us.
